Although I have never chromed anything - the locations I would start are in the Yellow pages of your telephone book or your local library.
Have you tried a search on the net for addresses of chroming shops near your location?
There are some pretty serious chemicals used in the chroming process. The environmental concerns around these may have greatly reduced the number and location of chrome shops in the last 15-20 years from a hayday in the 1950 and early 60's
